Refund policy

1. Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it.

  • Send an email to shahmangilaljuharmal@gmail.com  with your Order Number and Reason for Cancellation in the subject line.

  • Cancellations within this window may be eligible for a refund or a credit note (subject to management approval).

  • Credit notes are valid for 12 months and are processed within 7–10 business days.

  • If we cancel your order due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued with no liability on either side.

2. Return & Refund Policy

  • Returns are accepted only for:

    • Damaged or defective items

    • Items significantly different from the online description

Return Request Process

  • Email shahmangilaljuharmal@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Mention your Order Number and Reason for Return in the subject line.

  • Attach clear photos of the product showing the issue.

Returning the Product

  • Products must be shipped back within 72 hours of delivery.

  • Return to the designated warehouse and share the courier tracking details via email or WhatsApp.

  • Customers bear the return shipping charges.

  • Pickup service can be arranged on request for an additional fee.

Conditions for Accepted Returns

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and unworn

  • Must include original tags, labels, and packaging

  • Products with perfume or body odor will not be accepted

Non-Refundable Charges

  • Shipping charges

  • Alteration or stitching charges

  • Customization services

  • Video call booking charges

Refund Timelines

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunded within 7–10 business days after receipt.

  • Cash on Delivery Orders: Refunded within 35 days of receiving the product back in-store.

  • COD charges are non-refundable.

3. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed for a different size, color, or pattern (subject to stock availability).

  • Any price difference must be paid before dispatch.

  • Postage charges apply.

  • Availability of sizes and styles is not guaranteed.

  • Custom-made or altered items

  • Stitched clothing (Sarees with custom blouse/petticoat)

  • Plus-size clothing

  • Men’s wear and kids’ wear

  • Lehenga Cholis with custom-stitched parts

  • Accessories

  • Special delivery items

5. Product Care

  • Items are hand-embroidered and delicate—handle with care.

  • Minor beadwork/sequin displacement may occur.

Shipping may cause creasing; ironing may be required.
